Pye'Wackets policy is to ship your products to you as fast and
as inexpensively as possible.
I've found USPS flat rate shipping to be the most cost efficient and reliable for our customers.
Prices include tracking and delivery confirmation that will be emailed to you if you have provided an email address to Pye'Wackets.

Pye'Wackets is not responsible for broken, stolen or lost packages. No refunds or returns available after order confirmation.
If you prefer another method such as Express Mail, UPS, Fed EX or you wish to add insurance to an order, please contact Pye'Wackets.
If your shipping costs look wrong in your CART or you don't think what you are ordering will fit in a flat rate box please contact us.
If you have placed an order online and your shipping charges do not cover the cost of your order we will contact you with a final shipping amount due. All final sales confimations are non-refundable.

All final sales confimations are non-refundable because of the personal nature of these products. Returns cannot be accepted for oils, incense, candles, salts or soaps or any Pye'Wackets item.

Return Policy Details
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the final sales transaction and you receive your goods. To be eligible for a return, you may cancel you order within 24rs of placing it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Examples are perishable goods such as Essential, Fragrance & prefume oil blends, Bath Salts or Soaps cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer once you receive it.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider contacting use if you would like to add additional insurance.
